The Well Ministries

“The Well” is a free Christian publication of Inspirational and Encouraging stories to give a drink of Living Water to a dry and thirsty world.

Beginning with the first month, April 1999, and throughout its first year, over 41,000 copies were printed and distributed free of charge to individuals, churches, food banks, and prison ministries. The distribution by mail increased to 5,000 copies per issue and it reached 31 states, Canada, and Ghana (West Africa). The new email version reaches even further.

While Kris Rhoades, founder and Editor, writes a story each month, the publication utilizes other local authors as well. Included each month is a word from local pastors, in addition to other authors from around the country.

Also available for speaking engagements, Kris shares her “woman at the well” testimony of how God intervened in her life, healed her from a lifetime of depression, and gave her the vision of this ministry.

New issues are continually being printed as finances are available. If you want to receive a printed version, please send your name and address to The Well Ministries office.

A subscription to the printed version is available FREE by request. A $10.00 or more suggested donation would be appreciated to help with expenses. Although this publication is FREE a donation is suggested to help with the expenses. This ministry survives solely on the generous donations of God’s people.
